Our Team
Each member of staff has undergone an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check and all staff have First Aid training and our SENDCO, Sarah, specialises in the care of children that require individual needs. We are committed to training and development for staff and all regularly attend courses in a wide range of subjects. During their time at Bilton Sunbeams your child will be allocated a Key Person who will look after your child’s wellbeing. This Key Person is responsible for monitoring tasks, activities and overseeing your child’s progress and development throughout their stay with us.
Catherine Potter – Manager
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, Designated Person for Child Protection, Paediatric First Aid, Assessor for NCFE Cache Diploma for the Early Years Workforce.
Steph Dodd – Assistant Manager
Qualifications: NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce, Child Protection for Early Years, Paediatric First Aid.
Marie Francis – Preschool Practitioner
Sarah Smith –Special Educational Needs & Disabilities
Co-ordinator, Designated Safeguarding Lead
Qualifications: BA (Hons) Fine Art, Post Graduate Certificate of Education (QTS), ‘A quality start for children’ Childminder Training, Designated Person for Child Protection, Paediatric First Aid
